Now-a-days all are health-conscious and Sattu has gained kudos for its great nutritional benefits.
Rich in minerals, proteins and fibre, low of glycemic index, Sattu is said to be the most economical antidote to diabetes.

Sattu is considered a detox food that cleanses the system and aids in weight loss. An energising drink that not only quenches thirst but also protects us from heat strokes due to intense summer heat.

  3. In Bengal also the farmers take a paste of sattu along with soaked rice to battle with the intense heat of summer. But in your recipe what attracted me the most along with its yummy taste is the way u presented it. The beautiful combination of bright hued roses along with satoo powder and satoo milkshake is really beautiful. The wood-log table has added to your decor.
